Dr. Loretta Fiorillo completed Pediatric training at the University of British Columbia and Dermatology training at the University of Alberta, obtaining certification through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada for both. Dr. Fiorillo is the only double qualified specialist in these two disciplines in Alberta, and one of the few in Canada.

Dr. Fiorillo is the most experienced dermatologist of central Alberta and has taught all the dermatologists that have graduated in Alberta for the past 15 years. She is the program director of the dermatology residency training at the University of Alberta and is the divisional director of pediatric dermatology at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Fiorillo is at the forefront of medical research and knowledge in Dermatology. She conducts numerous clinical trials, the current ones being in atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and chronic urticaria. She participates regularly in national and international conferences and has been a speaker on dermatological topics at these meetings.

Dr. Fiorillo provides comprehensive, experienced and caring dermatological practice including pediatric dermatology as well as medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Fiorillo was one of the first physicians in Alberta to be vaccinated against COVID-19, having received both doses of vaccine in January 2021.
